I had an excellent experience. The provider listened to my concerns and explained everything she was going to do as she did them. I have never been to a chiropractor to was so thorough and caring.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! And if you ever think about canceling? think again!! they simply don’t let you. then once they “do” they send you a $400 bill in the mail almost 3 MONTHS LATER!!!!! also still billing my insurance company after i’ve quit. They are terrible people and won’t abide by the click to cancel rule. This “business” needs to be shut down.

STAY AWAY!!! I’ll preface this by saying this is the only review I’ve have ever written in my life - I hope it saves at least one person their time and money. I created a treatment plan with Dr. Taylor Kozaritz at the end of March 2025 at the Salmon Creek office. I paid up-front for the entire treatment and was told multiple times, including while processing payment, that I could cancel at anytime and receive a partial refund.
