It has been an overall pathetic experience- canceling my appointment and not interested in Chiro one services. Your staff needs a major training and upgrade. Have zero customer service skills, constantly miscommunicating, and over the line unprofessional.
The team at ChiroOne on N. Orleans Street is fantastic. My experience from front desk to X-ray was full of care and intention. The team seems so aligned in their approach with each client. Such a well informed conversation about spinal health, see you soon!
I’m usually never one to leave reviews but the expertise and patient care I received at this facility was absolutely top notch. However, let me be clear the 5 stars in this review are strictly reserved for the staff at this particular office; Dr. Mariann, Amanda, and Khea (apologizes if this spelling is incorrect), not Chiro One as a company. Miriann & Keya have taken care of me genuinely since I got to Chiro1 treating me with overwhelming generosity, laughs, and kind community, all the while Dr. Mariann helping me manage and relieve my back & neck pain. I was open about my previous chiropractors not being super authentic, & felt they did the absolute best in helping aid me whether it be a laugh or crack! LOL
