I waited for my 9:30am appointment. At 9:50am I checked to see if they were ready yet only to know there were people in front of me ? Then the front desk girl laid back in her chair while telling me that I wouldn’t get my first adjustment today ? This was the most unprofessional chiropractic office I’ve ever been to. These people need some structure. What a waste of time. So if you make an appt and your a new patient. Forget about them seeing you on time

We had a great experience today at Chiro One on the second visit!!! We have been looking for a place to help without a hassle, this is Chiro One, Carmel!! Dr. James Rasp is a great experienced Doctor who wants to get you out of pain!!
Enjoyed my visit. Excellent at communication and what to expect for my future visits! Both reception and Dr. Tom were kind and respectful and efficient.
