I have a pinched nerve in my neck and went to a chiro now The paper work the website mentions consists of signing my name on a clipboard that’s it. Their website says “Detailed history and exam will be performed by the Doctor” never happened Their website also said “We do an exam, consultation, and report of findings on every new patient” never happened. He never asked any medical questions except for “where does it hurt” it would be hard to miss the ACDF scar on my neck which implies that I have had donor vertebrae and a me... read more
