Dr. Fountis’ diet program was an answered prayer. I was searching for a weight loss program to help me improve some health numbers (BP, Chol., A1C, etc.). Literally do not go here. It costs around 800 dollars for the program and supplements you have to take, and then 120 every other week after that. You will gain the weight back because it’s such a restrictive diet that you’re only eating 400 calories a day. It’s all fun and games at first watching the weight come off quickly, but you will eventually stop losing it so fast and then once you go off the diet, you literally gain it all back.
