Literally do not go here. It costs around 800 dollars for the program and supplements you have to take, and then 120 every other week after that. You will gain the weight back because it’s such a restrictive diet that you’re only eating 400 calories a day. It’s all fun and games at first watching the weight come off quickly, but you will eventually stop losing it so fast and then once you go off the diet, you literally gain it all back. I have been seeing Dr. Fountis for weight loss since October 5th, and through Thanksgiving, maybe 6 or 7 weeks, I lost over 25 lbs!
