Dr Afanti’s dry needling treatments have been a life saver with my cervical pain
The Dr. and staff were very accommodating when I had an issue that needed immediate attention. The staff are great, and the care I received has greatly improved my condition; I’m feeling better than I have in a long time. This is a place I will definitely return to if needed. Highly recommended.

I had been experiencing mid-back pain for months before seeing Dr. Infanti due to hurting it at a workout class. Had been seeing a different chiropractor before, but didn’t feel like I was getting anywhere (and honestly was feeling really discouraged). Dr. Infanti took his time and listened to the issues and worked through a few things to find a good combo of what worked for me. It’s been a few months and my back is feeling SO much better. They are big on getting you better so you don’t have to be seen! Highly recommend!
Dr. Infanti is a miracle worker! I have received treatment at Spine and Sport Annapolis for years. I'll tweak my back and Dr. Infanti wll fix it! His treatment is focused and definitely relieved my pain. I'll be good for several years, then have to go back because I lifted something wrong. His approach is to fix the problem, give you home exercises and stretches to keep the body strong and limber, and send you on your way.
