I’ve been trusting Dr Reda for many years now and have always felt comfortable with him.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr Reda at Chirn Park Family Practice. After being involved in a car accident, I came in with head pain and concerns about possible injuries. I was told it was “just a minor headache,” advised not to get an MRI or head scans, and was told to take Panadol. I felt my concerns were dismissed and not taken seriously. Don't go there!!! Definitely not during an emergency as a pregnant woman! Pulled over to get help because my body was shutting down. I walked in shaking, couldn't feel my arms anymore and was barely able to walk or speak coherently, my blood pressure was too high. I told the doctor I was 6 weeks pregnant, that I haven't had a scan yet and that I have a heart condition. Doctor checked a few vitals and then told me to go home because I was just having a panic attack, then charged me $50 for it. Turns out I had a miscarriage...... read more
