The staff are very rude and hopeless. They are obviously trained by the Owner of the practice, whom is the Dr himself. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If you want to be spoken to rudely, disregarded and wait unnecessary times just to be told by a Dr the old ‘give it a few days, paracetamol and ibuprofen’ - here’s your place.

I could rate 0/10. Extremely disappointing experience. My partner and I booked a 10-minute consultation with Dr Reda a week in advance. We initially paid $48 as non-Medicare patients, but were later told the fee had increased to $70. Despite our disappointment, we booked a second appointment. During our visit, Dr Reda discussed with the receptionist how the clinic was losing money by treating international students. We felt uncomfortable and disrespected. I would like to thank the kind receptionist for her professional and personable assistance during making my appointment and helping me navigate the online ‘new patient’ forms, which are very straight forward. I was warmly met by Dr Saaed Redo and I felt safe, secure and supported in his care. He genuinely listened, asked further questions and very respectfully and accurately built my profile as his new patient.
