Simply awful. I went in because I was worried I might have a stress fracture in my foot. The receptionist was very professional; however, when "Jessica" came in to examine my foot, she didn't identify herself. Was she a doctor? A PA? A nurse practitioner? She only gave her first name which I thought was odd. She ordered an x-ray. I had it done at the Copper Queen since I live in Bisbee. No one called with the results. I called. Results weren't in. Fast and easy.
Newly added, urgent care-style office and lab inside the CCHCI Pharmacy in Douglas. We were there on an early Tuesday afternoon. It wasn't busy, and we didn't have to wait long. Staff were courteous and helpful. We were there for a scheduled blood draw at the lab. Only one person was ahead of us. The lab tech listened to our needs, and chose equipment accordingly.
A better experience, I always go to Bisbee clinic.
