I underwent bunion surgery almost two years ago and continue to live with chronic pain, numbness, and balance problems. The surgeon later acknowledged that he "should have" taken a different approach during the procedure. Because of the outcome, I can no longer wear normal footwear and am limited to sneakers. The surgery failed to resolve my original issue and left me with ongoing complications that affect my daily life.
As always, I come away feeling better than when I went in to see Dr Patel. This time, I have a bone spur in my thumb joint. Thank you for the injections.
It’s been 7 years since having 3 surgeries on my ankle, tibia-fibula & foot. Despite a titanium rod and hardware in my foot & leg, this year I was able to resume adaptive Zumba. Thank you, Dr Patel for your amazing surgical skills.
