I was quoted a price to have 15 yards of stone delivered. A few days later when I approved the delivery, I was told that the person who did the quote had forgotten to include the delivery cost (even though the quote clearly stated that it was included). When I started asking some questions it was clear that they had raised the cost of the stone by $5/yard from what I was quoted.
