Amazing service! He was on time and extremely efficient! He completed the job quickly, but with great care & service. We love how he rekeyed our locks. We originally had two keys and now we have one. Talk to the guy on the phone was very very rude individual said he could not help me only could go to the Lexus dealer but the Lexus dealer told me I had to call a locksmith. Have another locksmith coming to fix it today. Will never be calling these guys for any needs again.
I have left keys there in a hurry on my way to work ask for at least six different keys to be made with a few in quantity also left some money with my order told them that I would be back as soon as o could leave work again in which time I di not know how long that was going to be in which case I probably only left them a hour of that ! When I returned my keys were all cut marked and the recepit and my changes was in the bag, when I got home tried all the keys they all worked ! So I stopped by to get some keys made at 4 o'clock and you guys are closed and lights out on a Thursday. What's up with that? I thought you guys were open until 4:30? Another guy pulled up in a truck behind me how we were waiting, stop to get something made and left. When are you open truly?
