These people are the worst clinic in the V. A. Healthcare system. Hands down. I've never been to a worse one. They were so upset that I came in to be seen several hours before they close, and their contempt showed in the way nurse Ratchet gave me attitude. Never coming back to this place. Getting new primary as mine is worthless. I'd give them a negative star review if it was possible. If you hate veterans, maybe work somewhere else people.
I'm a disabled Veteran, so i have a lot of first hand experience with the Chippewa Valley VA Clinic. Through all my health issues the staff has treated me with the utmost respect and and care. I also like to complement the Chippewa County VA Office for guidance along the way
