I've put off getting my eyes checked for a few years. I was treated with kindness, without shaming me. My exam was extremely thorough.
Rude and hurried staff that took me to a room for a preliminary test. I had no idea what it was and asked and she said they just needed to do it and told me what to do. Then during the eye exam, the doctor spoke about my eyes to the assistant but not to me. I had to ask about everything and he gave me short answers and handed me brochures. When I said I did not want glasses he cut the exam short.
