All the staff at Chippens Hill know our pets are our family and they treat them as such. The doctors take the extra step to ensure their patients are as calm and well cared for. Their follow up phone calls re how our little ones are doing are so appreciated. I've been going to Chippen's Hill for over 15 years and have no inclination to go anywhere else.
The staff is nice to everyone .When my dog was sick they saved her life . When she got bit they did the same thing and I thank you for that.
I really love this vet and I do recommend coming here, but the only thing I don't like is that this is an appointment only vet. I wish they were for emergencies, not just because they're closer to me than an emergency one, but because I love how this vet sends you cards with your pets prints on it if they pass away. That's very thoughtful and considerate.
the staff has always been wonderful much better than any other vet in the bristol area. prompt attention,awesome care,and i truly believe the drs care almost as much for our babies as we do....never before have i heard a vet "cheer for good new as dr elliot does for our red !!love her !thank you for all the help and support.you truly believe "never give up" unlike other dr's in the area and red as well as us truly appreciate that...thanks again for all the support!!!
