In the waiting room my personal questions were asked in front of everyone. The Dr ? Came out into the waiting room and asked questions in front of everyone to hear . I feel Hippa was not even thought of . I was then brought to the back and placed in a chair outside of 4 curtained rooms so I heard EVERYTHING from other people. After my test were run I sat for 4 hours with no one asking if I was ok , told what was happening or even asked if the pain meds were working and if I was still in pain . Sat in the ER for almost 2 days and 9 hours were in the hallway. When brought to the ER they mistakenly almost put him in Tuckers. I honestly wish I could say something nice about this hospital but the last 3 experiences....... well I go to St. Frances hospital instead.
Admission went very smooth. Dr. Was on the spot.
I received very professional care during a period of significant pain. The front desk staff and nurses provided attentive service, treated me with respect, and responded promptly to my needs. I am sincerely grateful for the compassionate and excellent care I received in the emergency room. My sincere thanks to everyone involved.
