They were super slamed when I came. But they all staff were constantly on move and tried to help everyone. It was clean and they staff were super friendly and were really gentle on my blood draw plus iv fixing. Only thing I have a complain about was doctor didn't come see me before procedure. But I was really well cared for.!!!!!!
Terrible place. Lacks adequate personnel to function laid in my so called bed soaked in urine for over three hours with no One to assist me the so-called beef was so short my feet were hanging over by two feet. Never will I utilize this so called hospital.
Other than the flood at 7 AM, The care was outstanding. The CNA that took care of me was great. He never told me no when I ask him to help me. The nurses were great and we're very good that their job. They were very busy and did their best to keep all the patients happy. The biggest surprise was the improvement in the food. I will give the care of this stay a 9.5.
They took great care of me in the ER here. It went faster than I was expecting, and everyone I interacted with was kind and compassionate. I felt like I understood what they were doing and why it mattered, and I got what I needed to address my issue.
