I was discharged 4/4/25 after speaking with Richmond behavioral health. They set me up with the crest program. They were supposed to call me to check in 4/5 and 4/6 at 4 pm phone call and never called. They were also supposed to text me their contact information. And set me up with a therapist. They were also supposed to meet with me weekly for the next 30-45 days. This is a huge liability with no contact! The staff at the hospital at Tucker took great care of me. The staff in the emergency room was perfect. The nurses were attentive and explained things clearly. I always felt like I knew what was going on and why. They ask you a ton of questions along the way but really pay attention to my answers. Friendly and smiling always helps you feel a better and these nurses rock!

Had to visit the ER on 4/4 because of chest discomfort and ended up in the cath lab to get a stent The medical staff was exceptional, the procedure went well and I was home the next day Would have given Chippenham 5 stars but the facility is dated, but it looks like renovations are underway
