Sat with either a 2nd-3rd degree burn for an hour and a half and all that i talked to was the check in lady and never got called. Most unorganized unprofessional place I have ever seen. Do yourself a favor and go to Parham Doctors hospital!!!!
Worst wait time, dirtiest bathroom, Whittier vending machines also out of order not stocked and cards won't work, cafeteria is closed and it has a chik fil in it which is closed every Sunday which I had to come on a Sunday, literally worst hospital and worst experience EVER will not be returning oh also been in the waiting room for 4.5 hours had to be taken back for CT scan twice bc their system is messing up and they haven't done anything for the fact I am in excruciating pain after an injury earlier this afternoon. Receptionist not at desk at 6pm named heather when she showed up rude my husband was brought in by my daughter and me with uti and Parkinson's and she refused to let me sign him in and I also have power of attorney! Finally another young assistant brought over a wheelchair to set him in! We have been married for 56yrs and I have never experienced this before.
