Absolutely unacceptable wait times and staffing. Dine in, to go, and delivery orders. No excuse. Low staffing
This Chipotle is ridiculous. They have been out of multiple items during lunch time the past three times I’ve visited. The staff is also very unfriendly about it. I waited today behind a ton of people while they cooked rice because they were completely out. Then when it was finally my time to order, they were suddenly out of chicken… even though many customers were leaving because of the rice problem. The manager was extremely rude! Only bc I asked for a little bit more chicken due to the small portion that was given to me!! It’s not that big of a deal to give out a little bit more protein since their price are so high!!
