This Chipotle in Germantown always gives the smallest portions. When I asked for just a bit more rice, they charged me $1.65 as a “side.” Seriously? That’s ridiculous — other Chipotle locations like Gaithersburg give fair portions without extra charges. Every time I come here, they either make excuses about “policy” or act like they’re doing me a favor. It really depends on the manager or whoever’s working. I’m so disappointed with this location.

This particular Chipotle location keeps messing up my order. I always get a vegetarian burrito bowl, but I’ve found meat pieces in it three different times now. I never had this issue at other Chipotle locations. This location needs to be more careful about people’s dietary preferences.
