I don't know how long their chips sit on the shelf but every bag we got was stale. They finally got us some fresh ones. Don't think I'll buy their chips again.
I stood at the counter for more than five minutes without being acknowledged once. There were eight employees in the restaurant and only two customers, including me. Not a single employee said, “Hello,” “We’ll be right with you,” or made any effort to acknowledge that I was waiting. Rationed the food worse than World War 2. Not even a full scoop of chicken in my bowls. Eating straight rice right now
One of the worst experiences I had at Chipotle, I waited for over ten minutes and they would not give me an order. If there is a different location it is definitely better. You will wait for a long time just to wait again, it’s just not worth the wait. And the drive thru is not great, terrible customer service. I will definitely not go to this location, I’ll go somewhere that I can get better service.
