Visited your location around 7:30 and they didn’t have any more chicken, I saw 10 people and the only people working was the kid in the line . Manager taking containers out of the line with out gloves . Person I think he was training the cashier was touching his face the whole time and never washed his face . The lobby was a mess . It was a very disappointing experience. So I pay $15.33 dollars for a bowl of a little rice, beans and lettuce . Sad to see my favorite restaurant doing so bad .

I walked in at 10:30 not knowing they weren’t open and I was greeting by a short haired girl with a very nasty attitude. Didn’t say hi didn’t apologize for leaving the door unlocked she just gave me a dirty look and said we’re not open with a nasty attitude. Simone needs to teach this girl how to treat people and if your closed leave your door locked. Won’t be coming back the mod pizza across the street has very polite well mannered employees.
I ordered my food online and went through the drive-through to pick it up. The crew member that was working the drive-through, didn’t even say hello or anything for That matter. He just opened the window and stared at me. I let him know my name for the order. He then handed me my food and once again didn’t say a single word to me and closed the window.
