Never open, terrible everything
I placed a pickup order and paid extra for double portions of both chicken and steak. Unfortunately, I did not receive the double portion of chicken, and the steak was left out of my order entirely. What made the experience even more frustrating was trying to contact someone to resolve the issue. I was unable to get past the automated bot to speak with a live person. This is the Worst location to order door dash from. I ordered a chicken quesadilla two times and it was not cut made the cut marks no cheese filling super dry!!!!! Today's date is September 12th at 12:16 ITS HORRIBLE!
Unsanitary I ordered a bowl and there was a long brown hair in my food ! Also if I’m paying double for portions I expect double what is also irritating is that you can’t talk to anyone real when ordering from there app to get the issue resolved so I just wasted my money
