Love this place. I used to go to Qdoba but their service is not good at all.
The worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. I was the only person in line at approximately 7:30pm. Had to tell the employee what I wanted three times - a carnitas burrito, nothing elaborate. He still managed to forget the carnitas, so I had to remind him before he rolled it up. He told the guy at the register twice what I ordered, because he didn't seem to be paying attention either. With the price of today's sit down restaurants how can you not be happy with any Chipotle? I always like it...your best value.
What is the point of ordering online to beat the long lines of people when they are busy if the employees are still gonna make you wait until they take care of the long lines first. After words you gotta wait another couple minutes for the employees to finish telling their bad jokes to each other till they finaly aknowledge you. Come on chipotle its not the first time. I wonder if quedoba across the street treats their customers the same way.
I just don't understand what happened today. I got there exactly at 10:45 am so that I would be able to grab lunch and go back to work at school nearby. When I got there the workers weren't ready which I didn't have a problem with because they just opened but when I looked at the food it looked like it was left overs from the night before the beans were dry and then had some remnants on top like it was scooped out of a previous old container.
