Chipotle is usually good. The food has almost never changed. It really depends on the location, some are horrible death traps but most are very good. This location is good, but some workers are definitely sketchy. Dude skimped on my rice, but he did give me another scoop when I asked.
Undercooked rice, and horrible customer service. First guy comes up, we say hi, looks at us funny, then goes and makes a bowl for himself. I’ve worked in customer service for two years and it is NOT hard at all to say someone will be right with you.
I'm a disabled veteran and they don't offer a discount YET they give one to the Sarasota sheriff's department. Reprehensible.
We love chipotle and were excited about the grand opening. We’ve tried eating here multiple times but leave disappointed every time. Small watered down portions. Nasty stale chips. Would not recommend this spot.
There wasn't a single clean table in the place.
