Not the type to leave bad reviews but i couldn’t even eat my burrito from how bad it was wrapped, i went in & ordered it but everything was just coming out, it was so loose & soggy, & whenever i tried to take off the foil to fix it, it looked like it wasn’t even wrapped properly from the beginning :/ never had a bad experience w chipotle but i honestly couldn’t get myself to eat it like this.
This is the third time they have made my order incorrectly because they “ran out” of something and say ABSOLUTELY nothing to you about it at the time of pick up. You get home to find out your order is not correct. It’s aggravating. If you’re out of something it should NOT be available to mobile order. Every other company has their app set up that way. Do better and COMMUNICATE with your customers.
The employees were all smiling, kind, and the portions were very good! My bowl was delicious!
