I’m a regular customer at this location. Today, the manager rudely told me I would be charged extra for requesting both white and brown rice. I said I was happy to pay, but there was no reason to speak to me that way. He seemed dismissive when I raised my concern. Customers deserve basic respect and professional service.
Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. There were no customers when I walked in and the young lady that was doing nothing behind the desk disappeared as she saw me come up to the desk and after waiting for a bit another worker called her to serve me and she made a terrible burrito. Also forgot my hot sauce on the side I asked for.
Terrible. Our tortillas were hard, chips were stale and the queso was more of a pudding texture than cheese dip. Spend your money some where else. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Had the worse experience with a short black lady making to go orders. I explained after sitting down it was wrong. She had the worse attitude. I did take out but ate there.
