Of all the chipotles I have been to this one had the best food and the staff was helpful and polite.
We are new Chipotle customers and have been loving it. This was our first time at the Wood Village location and we will not be back. They were almost out of rice so our rice portion was half of the normal amount. Then they told me they charge for asking for things on the side. I always eat my bowl in 2 sittings and like to get things on the side so they dont get soggy. You can ask for 2 things on the side free. So I paid $1.60 for a tablespoon of lettuce. This Wood Village location is consistently disappointing. The portions are terrible, especially the chicken. They barely put any in the bowl, the rice is often hard or stale, and the chips are almost always stale too. The food just doesn’t taste fresh, and the quality has been bad pretty much every time I’ve gone. Definitely one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve been to. They seriously need to fix the food quality and portion sizes.
