got a quesadilla and was informed it doesn’t come with cheese? Was charged extra for cheese that I had to melt on myself, I’m confused why I’m paying for service and not receive it.
Delicious food. Gluten free options. I wish they're we're more locations, but if you're near this one... It's a must. Yummy.
We visited Chipotle today, and while the food was okay, the customer service was very disappointing. The cashier who assisted us was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude and the way she spoke to us made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue, because good customer service is just as important as the food.
This is the most disgusting burrito I have ever tasted in my whole life! I’ve had chipotle burritos before but THIS IS NOT IT. Absolutely gross.
