Both burritos were cold and poorly wrapped, only half was covered with foil and the rest was exposed. Food always takes forever to receive.
If I could rate this a zero, I would. They were out of meats, nothing was clean. The workers were just standing around eating, drinking and talking behind the counter while everything was disgusting. It used to be cleaned til a bunch of young kids started working there. They need some management and some training. One of the girls that's in there has the worst attitude. They need to do something there. We definitely won't be coming back to this location
Busy, I was told cannot purchase chips in person only online. But it was an okay experience not ideal for making order in person.
Reducing my rating to 3 stars. I still love the food however, thee inconsistency in the size and portions is becoming ridiculous to the point, it's more likely I'm shorted than not. Since when did burritos shrink to only 6 inches long? love the food and the service is great.
