Literallyyy AWFULLL customer service, there was no line nobody attended to me for at least 15 minutes, then after my bowl was ALR made I stood for at least 5-10 minutes, with nobody in front of me mind you howver there was at least 7 staff members in the back, and half of them looked busy, also steak in my bowl was undercooked
hello, I’m currently stationed at Travis Air Force Base. I unfortunately decided to use the bases delivery system and was waiting over a hour for my food. I called chipotle and the delivery system and was being transferred all over the place, just trying to get my food. I went there to order a wrap, price was high in comparison with the portions, I asked for more chicken because the amount was low, the associate said it is an additional cost, that was unreasonable, also the food was good and delicious as usual, the Asian associate at check out was rude need to develop her customer service skills, no eye contact no face contact and short dry answers, bathroom was locked although I entered the password several times, overall recommended.
