Not a tidy seating area inside
Me and my boyfriend just went to this chipotle tonight mind u it was Labor Day and they were still there working which was great for us! But I must say the customer service was outstanding! They made our food great, did everything we asked! This was the best chipotle experience I have ever had so whoever was working tonight should be recognized for great customer service! Thank to those people we are 100% satisfied!
Terrible service. From the moment I walked in I was not greeted. I walked up to the counter anyway and said hello to the gentleman serving customers. He just stared at me no response and I almost did not order but I decided to order anyway since I'm a regular. I walked in up to the counter and said hello to the young man that was doing the service. The young man just stared at me did not greet me did not say hello back. I almost waited until he responded before I place my order. But decided to be the bigger person and place my order. Cuz Chipotle please do better because I noticed that the people that came in after me who were a different complexion they walked up to the counter and said hello they got a greeting and they also got a hello back. Flies all over food, employees whining infront of customers on the line, super rude, didn’t even cook quesadilla cheese was still cold. Overall pretty horrible
