Tonight 8/17/26: On a large family order that was supposed to last us a couple of days, two of the $9.50 veggie bowls were missing beans, so we ended up with just rice and salsa. So we drove back to the store to let them know and thought it would be easy, but instead were berated by the cashier woman who claimed to be the manager. This was an exceptionally bad experience for a Chipotle. We were greeted by a prep line worker who seemed annoyed we hadn't ordered online. She informed us that they were almost out of white rice and it would be 20 minutes before the next batch was ready. Other ingredients like cheese were in short supply on the line and were added to our orders in miserly quantities. 4 of us in my family ordered burritos and none of them were labelled before being chucked into a bag leaving it to us to unwrap and figure out who's was who's ... read more
