This is the only chipotle that I go to out of all the chipotles in New York, and every time I go there the severs act as if the food is coming out of their pocket. All the time! other locations are generous with their portions. Their customer service is very poor; you ask for more than the servers look at you with no care to put more! It’s like the put a little bit in on purpose so you can pay extra!
truly some of the rudest staff I’ve ever had to order with
walked in there and they were serving bar/brown guacamole and when i asked them why they were even serving it the guy behind the counter said because that’s all they had. i told him just because that’s all you have doesn’t mean you serve it if it’s bad. And he said there was nothing he can do. Walked out of there right away. Places is disgusting.
The atmosphere in the restaurant was fine. I preordered and it was ready quickly. I got a honey chicken burrito and a chicken burrito. The honey one was weirdly spicy and my nine year old who has an excellent tolerance barely ate it. I ordered guacamole with the regular chicken one and it was absolutely horrible. The avocado they used was rotten and the guacamole wasn’t even mashed so there was just a big chunk of rotten avocado in my burrito. I can’t believe I payed over 3 dollars for that. The employees seemed to be miserable when I visited tonight. Not a whole lot of friendliness throughout my order experience. When I ordered a salad bowl, I was given shredded lettuce as my base. No salad mix as usual. The portion sizes of chicken and fajita veggies in particular were small, and even asking for more, was met with an attitude. When I returned home, there was a hair in my bowl that I am certain belonged to one of the team members. Disappointing and unappetizing.
