Small portions and expensive = Shrinkflation The food is bland and and stuff is rude and the spot was dirty I would avoid
Front of the line staff were good but last staff on the line next to checkout was incredibly rude. They rang up my meal wrong when I corrected them the employee rolled her eyes at me turned around and ignored the conversation and bad mouthed me in Spanish thinking I didn’t understand to one of her coworkers back in the kitchen. I will NEVER set foot back in this restaurant
Horrible Customer Service to start with. In addition, I’ve never seen a chipotle give us little as far as the amount of food then this place does. Absolutely not worth it. I would prefer driving next time another four minutes to the next one.
I asked for no beans with an online order my order was simple and it’s so salty it’s making my face tingle from my blood pressure rising. Updated review thank you to the staff that was working today on October 8 at 7 PM. You are a wonderful staff and you have made me change my review because you actually listened to my order and took the time with me. I saw the teamwork.
I came here with my sons on 10/07/26 We arrived at 10:03 exactly the door was locked, not a big deal we waited. A chipotle worker came to the door and told us everything was not ready so he was not unlocking the door, I understand but still confused why I couldn't come inside and wait. I asked and he said I guess and let us in. Not one single worker said hi, how are you, good morning, nothing.... They will look at you and not say one single word very weird and awkward.
