I placed an online order and arrived at the time the app showed my order would be ready. When I got there, the pickup area was completely empty. There were three employees in the store, all focused on preparing orders for customers ordering in person. I tried to get the attention of the employee at the register, but she would not even acknowledge me. Cost for chips and 1 bowl 35 dollars is crazy.
Far and away the worst chipotle ever. Aside from them never having food ready and prepped prior to open, the workers are miserable and rude to you in everyway. Walked in at 11am this morning and when a gentleman asked if they had steak her response was "Your choices are whatever is in my line" in a wildly rude tone. I just walked out because I didn't wanna deal with her attitude. You just opened and don't have all the protein options available? She is there everyday and is quite literally never in a good mood.
