Avoid this location if you can, do yourself a favor and drive to the Highland Heights Chipotle instead, which is miles better. ​We placed an app order for Chipotlane pickup and arrived a few minutes after our scheduled time. There was no line, it was after 9:30 pm, we were the only car at the drive-thru window, and we could literally see our completed order sitting on the rack inside. This is the restaurant location where you say “Let’s not go to that one, let’s drive extra to go to the good one” (Highland Heights). I swear every time I’m here it’s like they were just surprised by their location opening for a lunch or dinner rush. Like they threw 2-3 people in this building and said figure it out! Nothing stocked, prepared and they seem to always be short staffed.

If I could give this a 0 star rating I would. The rice wasn’t even cooked, the chicken was burnt and the sour cream smelt sour.
