Had a great experience today with Jeremiah who was very helpful, super nice, made great suggestions and helped me with the app. The entire staff was upbeat and friendly. Food was fresh and well prepared. Will go more often!
The prep line is a hot smeared mess of random sauces and fillings. I had to refuse my food once they started dragging my helpless burrito down the filthy food prep line. To top it off my burrito got dipped in spicy salsa. Chipotle staff and management please do better and follow health code regulations. Your dropping the ball here.
Jeremiah was super happy and positive energy when he took my order, and knew I needed the bathroom code without me needing to ask. Amazing service, best service I've ever got at a chipotle
I ordered the bowl with steak. I had the salsa added to it. It was so hot that it was inedible. I like a little heat, but, this was ridiculous.
