Order in person online order didn't even get started till I walked in and asked where it was. To spend more time with my dogs, I sat outside in my car, ordered it online & waited 10 minutes as instructed on the app. One person went while I waited so I know they were not slammed.....but that being said they made me a delicious burrito exactly as I ordered it. The Chipotle Honey Chicken was a very good choice, it was flavorful & moist.
We ordered online and customized our burrito bowl and taco on the app. The app is really convenient and makes choosing your ingredients really nice and easy. I arrived at the scheduled time it said for pick up, which was about 11 minutes after I ordered. (6:30p on a Friday night.) Apparently they have a separate station to make online orders and that guy was in the back. Bad customer service. I wanted a little more beans and rice. They declined, they filled the side cup up at the very bottom. Like one spoon full each. I’ve had better customer service at other locations.
everything were pretty much empty was told couple of mins on chicken bc was on the grill. he took them off and put it way mean while the other stuff was finishing too. It took us just 40 mins to finish our order. customers inside the store are priority the cook was clueless and so slow
