I arrived at this Chipotle location around 7:30 PM and was honestly shocked by the condition of the restaurant. There were several employees working, only one customer ahead of me, and two customers who came in behind me, yet the area behind the food line was absolutely filthy. Chips were stale; service could be better. Not warm not polite just cold. Not impressed.
Tell me why am I paying for guacamole that has turned all black? Why are you still giving this to your customers? Not only that, but to drive all the way home to find no cheese quesadilla in the container! This is not the first time either. Last 2 times I ordered a cheese quesadilla they gave me the kids quesadilla. There I am driving all the way back again. Please do better!
They round to the next dollar here it’s not even pennies anymore when you say something to the cashier she calls her sassy Slim manager there’s a reason why this place got three stars service is awful
