Chipotle used to be my favorite restaurant because of its great staff and excellent service, especially how fast they prepared orders. But lately, I’ve noticed that you're hiring very rude employees, especially this one guy I ran into at Chipotle. I was really disappointed. He is so rude and talks to customers disrespectfully. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The meal was decent. The rice was way too mushy and clumpy.
One of the worst experiences I’ve had in my life. If this location closes down it’ll be the employees fault who work there. Damn shame because it’s in a good location but this goes to show you that if you’re a business owner, who you hire can make or break your business.
