This location has been in decline since last year. Today they could not ring up free items or rewards and I had to enter behind the counter into the kitchen to pay by card. As per usual neither Diet Coke nor root beer soda were working. Food is often inconsistent. Often understaffed. Figure this out, Chipotle!
The rice was so hard
Stale, rude and dirty Chipotle. Not sure how it is even running there. Avoid at all cost
Man listen you guys need to fire damn near the entire staff. There’s always a line to the back for no reason. You’d have that same line and food already ready to be rung up, but no one rings it up. Instead they’d be talking with each other , making jokes. There’s only about four ppl who actually work any time i come in. I’ve seen other chipotles with LESS employees and get more accomplished.
