Really Chipotle? Is this just the new normal for this location? We asked one employee why it was so dirty and we only got a dirty look. So we asked another employee and their response was “this place is trash” very disappointing
Ordered ahead an hour in advance and it was still late. App said it was ready, when I got there it wasn't.
Open until 10pm according to their door and Google, but was closed before 9:30pm
Our server Maya was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind and accommodating with all our requests, even though we arrived pretty late. She was enthusiastic, positive energy, and welcoming, and honestly, she made my evening! Also, the veggie bowl was really good!
"I placed a scheduled pickup order through the app and arrived when it was supposed to be ready. When I got there, I was told my order had already been sent out. Instead of an apology, I received heavy attitude while an employee reprinted the receipt and had someone remake it. Once done, they just dropped the bag on the counter without saying a word.
