The staff was nice and efficient.
Why can’t you just pay adults with cooking experience instead of these little kids that don’t care? Chipotle used to be great.
First off, some of the employees are kind and friendly, so I feel bad for their sake leaving a negative review. But the portion sizes are always ABYSMAL, and I got overcharged. The bowl was half filled. They only filled the side of queso up partway even though they charge you $2.95 extra for it. Final straw was they rung up chips & queso as two separate items, which is 25¢ more than if they ring up ‘chips & queso’ as a single item. I did an online pick up order and once i started eating my food i realized there was a black hair in it. i do not have black hair. i tried using the automated help chat on the chipotle app and it was no help. this is disgusting.
