staff was nice and good food
Good service but quality not up to par compared to qaulity in more recent years from the chain as a whole.
I had a very disappointing experience with the manager, Matthew Sedra. Throughout the interaction, he came across as rude, condescending, and arrogant. Rather than listening to my concerns or trying to resolve the situation professionally, he made me feel dismissed and unwelcome. Customer service starts with respect, and unfortunately that was completely lacking during my visit. Absolute horrendous experience with manager Matthew Sedra. One of the most unprofessional experiences that I have had with a chipotle… the way he treats his customers, actually baffling, someone needs to do something and take action I’m appalled by his behavior.
