I found a hair inside my burrito at Chipotle and completely lost my appetite. It was a very unpleasant experience. I hope they pay closer attention to hygiene when preparing food.

Honestly, a pretty disappointing experience. I had to wait around 15 minutes just to order, even though there was only one person ahead of me and at least four employees in the back. The place was messy, with food scattered all over the tables, and basic items like lids, straws, and napkins weren’t even restocked. The food itself was okay, but the overall service and cleanliness really brought the experience down. Definitely not the Chipotle experience I expected. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

I’ve been here a handful of times and have only had one good experience. The service here is bad. Last time I came there was someone interviewing, another sweeping the floors and then someone refilling one of the trays. I was the only one waiting there and completely understand they needed to finish what they were doing but no one acknowledged me at all. When one of the workers came from the back to put in new rice he just looked at me then walked away. He came back in and out twice. After while I started to look around and ... read more
