Hello, I’m very disappointed with my experience at your Hoover location. I really like Chipotle and eat there often, but this experience was frustrating. The first serving of chicken I received was very small. I simply asked for a little more because I expected a normal portion, not double meat. Instead, I was charged for extra protein, making my meal cost over $25.
