This is one of the better Chipotle restaurant in the city. I always eat there. But today for some reason the ran out of chicken. I stood in a line for 15 minutes to get to the server only to be told there is no chicken. They ought to announce it loudly so people don't spend 15 minutes in line and half of theor lunch hour wasting time.
Love how late they stay open!!
If a customer asks how long until fresh chicken will come out because the chicken is low and probably dry then you provide an answer. You don’t say I don’t know. I then pressed this line worker to ask the cook who looked equally as annoyed and didn’t give an answer. Absolutely atrocious service
Muy mala experiencia en Chipotle Mexican Grill. Había pipí en el piso y, aunque el lugar estaba desocupado, nadie del personal lo limpió. Varias personas lo pisaban sin darse cuenta mientras los empleados solo miraban. La higiene y la atención al cliente deberían ser prioridad. Definitivamente necesitan mejorar la limpieza del lugar.
