The place is dirty. Nothing in there looks sanitary and the place smells. Workers are very slow and when at check out they just walk past you like you’re not even there. Please hire more people and clean this place it looks disgusting.
I loved coming to this location not so much anymore .There’s always a long line almost to the entrance whenever I come .Most Recently there’s been pictures floating around social media due to the lack of cleanliness .This is unacceptable and quite disgusting .🤢
This is a company owned restaurant why is the service so bad ?? No sense of urgency?? 8 people working yet only two people doing all of the work. I come here early in the day, middle of the day, late in the day. It doesn’t matter they’re always missing Ingredients and not stocked up on protein. This is our only location in this city and it’s absolutely unacceptable what goes on here daily. I eat chipotle at least twice a week this shouldn’t be happening do better !
