Incompetent management, I've never had so many issues with a place just trying to get food. Just go to grand blanc because miller Rd will literally have you waiting 40 minutes and still won't have your food done. Also ur basically gonna get held hostage if you want a refund because they won't do it in-store. So either wait longer for your food or hope the online app will refund your money.
Not having meats ready for lunch is crazy
