I’m honestly disappointed by the customer service at this Chipotle. We have now had three separate experiences where the entire interaction felt cold, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. This wasn’t an issue with just one employee having a bad day it was the attitude we encountered from every employee we interacted with. Customer service should make people feel welcomed and respected, but our experiences here have left us feeling completely the opposite. My wife and I usually support this chipotle (for 10 years) and dinner on 8/16/26 was by far our worst experience at any chipotle. They were slower and we ordered 2 bowls, the young employee kept staring at me as I ordered like I did something wrong, not sure maybe he was under some influence. The worst part was the food portion, I received 1/3 scoop of each ingredient.
