Unfortunately, the Chipotle restaurant chain has terrible customer service; the employees are rude. It seems they don't arrive at work with a positive attitude, and this shows when they are serving customers. They are young people who ought to be trained for professional development—since they represent the restaurant chain—yet their attitude is appalling.
