Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Ordered online, sat and waited at the window for close to 30 minutes before my food was ready. Employees don't care. Chips were stale. Never going here again.
Ordered for p/u at the same time as a friend. Went in to pick up order, they went through drive thru p/u. 2 employees ignored me for the 1st 2 minutes I stood there as they don't put p/u orders on the shelf, you have to ask. The doorbell went off bc my friend was at the drive thru. They served him 1st, and then seemed to realize I had been standing there waiting & gave me my order. Avoid at all costs. I’ve given this store several opportunities, but the majority of my orders for pickup have been wrong across multiple items and the response by the automated Chipotle AI messenger is to give me a coupon for low value items that I normally don’t buy (like a drink) instead of refunding items that couldn’t even been eaten. Worst experience…I’m not sure how they could be so incompetent preparing simple food items.
I ordered ahead through the app and arrived at the time my order was scheduled to be ready. It was not ready. The wait for my order was an hour and fifteen minutes past the time it was scheduled to be ready.
Learned my lesson not to mobile order since line orders are priority after waiting 45 mins after my pick up time. Today I went inside and after waiting, they had run out of several key items such as steak, black beans, and veggies. Wanted a steak burrito but was forced to get chicken. Not what I wanted.
