ZERO STARS!!!! Absolutely unacceptable. I placed a catering order with the Chipotle on Empire Blvd four days in advance for my daughter's 9th birthday party. When my husband arrived at the scheduled pickup time, the store was completely closed and empty. He knocked on the doors, called the store repeatedly, honked his horn, and tried every possible way to get someone's attention. No one answered. Kicked me out, closed 8 hours early, had to eat with a knife and spoon
Was looking to make sure they had put beans in my order and found a bug in my food (and no beans). Had to throw the whole thing away
The guy who wrapped my burrito just rolled it into a ball and tore holes in the tortilla. The quality of the food is always good, but I don’t understand why a restaurant that primary sells burritos can’t figure out how to wrap one. I genuinely couldn’t have wrapped this worse if I tried.
