I found a roach in my chipotle bowl. I showed them proof after going back, but they said that since nobody else had that complaint, they can only give me a free bowl that only works in their location. This is a health and safety concern. What am I going to do with a free bowl? I don’t want it because I don’t want to eat there again after what I saw. I felt sick in my stomach.

Went to chipotle for the BOGO offer during the FIFA World Cup. I got charged queso and guacamole for my order. I did not order those items. I went back to the lady that was in the register(I am pretty sure she is a manager). I know shes Latina but she looks asian, shes probably peruvian or bolivian. Anyways, she was VERY RUDEEE. I come to this location a lot and usually the food is always really good, but whoever was responsible for making the white rice this evening, made it wayyy too salty. I couldn't even eat it and I always get the white rice.

I rarely write reviews, so the fact that I'm taking the time to write this should show how frustrated and annoyed I was by this experience. After paying nearly $30 for two meals, I asked for a water cup. The employee told me they had run out of water cups. I said, "Okay, then how am I supposed to get water?" and suggested they give me a regular cup since they were out of the designated water cups. He told me I would have to pay for a regular cup.
