We had placed a mobile order, and there is no reason my boyfriend should be standing in there for almost 25-30 minutes waiting for his order… He said the guy doing mobile orders is not moving fast and is very slow. Very disappointed.
New hires or not, this Chipotle sucks. Theyre more than okay giving you the dried up, old meat, and the slimey fajita veggies that have been sitting there. They need better training as well, tell me why im getting varied pricing on the exact same bowl by $1-$2 constantly. Retrain your people, this is ridiculous.
